What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. Awareness of your body, mind and soul. Classes consist of a kriya, which is a set of movements designed with an end result, breathing techniques, mantras, meditation and relaxation to help deepen awareness. You will see and feel results quickly, feeling energized, relaxed, and uplifted after each class. Classes are open to students at all levels of experience.
