Guest instructor Damion Moss leads this exciting workshop on Saturday, October 25th!
Budokon Yoga combines hatha yoga with traditional and contemporary martial arts. Created by Hatha Yoga Master and Martial Arts Grandmaster Kancho Cameron Shayne, it mixes the static and dynamic principles of various practices and martial arts to create a physically demanding and rewarding practice. Budokon Yoga honors the roots of posture-based yoga, while integrating circular rotation and seamless transitional movements. This class is led by instructor Damion Moss, who is a Budokon Yoga Sensei and has over 12 years of martial arts and professional fitness training experience.
