Student of the Month for January

We are happy to announce the student of the month for January!

We are thrilled to announce that Brent Bolner has been selected as the Student of the Month for January!

A little about Brent:
Brent moved from Southern California to Washington DC to  work at the Washington Navy Yard.  His hobbies include writing, running, weight training, health/fitness, Pilates and yoga!
Brent has used his talents in writing to write his first book “Pop Goes the Bible”.  His book is currently being published and will be at a bookstores in early 2015.  He is currently working on another book titled “LifePrint, Creating a Blueprint for Your Life”, which should be published sometime in 2015.

As part of research for his book Brent started practicing yoga as an extension of his study of Hinduism.   What started out as research for his book quickly become a way of life and part of his quest to take his mind-body to its full potential.  Brent plans to continue yoga for the rest of his life and seeks out yoga opportunities even when traveling for vacation!
Brent has experienced many great benefits since starting yoga and Pilates. He has increased stamina, increased flexibility, increased poise, better posture, more productive running and weight training sessions, and improved skin tone!  Mentally, he has become calmer, more centered and focused.  The stress of DC life no longer stresses him the same way it did before yoga due to his inner peace that permeates his being in all situations.

Brent aims to live in the present moment and experience life as a continuously unfolding MIRACLE!

"Don’t worry about whatever condition your body is or how inflexible you might be..JUST START PRACTICING.. you will improve…I know because I have!!”
-Brent

  1. Apparently there is Yoga for Psychopaths? The attached link is required reading when dealing with psychopaths like this. Maybe you should incorporate leg day into the Yoga routine?
