Essential oils help to extend the impact or influence of the yoga practice beyond the mat. Specific oils are chosen to enhance the physical and emotional aspects of each theme. During the workshop, students will experience essential oils aromatically, internally with water (optional), and topically during centering/breathwork, the main body of the yoga class, seated poses, and meditation/savasana. Each workshop is approximately two hours long, with a 75 minute yoga class and time for questions about essential oils from doTERRA.

Oils: Eucalyptus, peppermint, frankincense, PastTense tension blend, wild orange, lavender
Nothing and no one can disturb our innate freedom on the inside unless we allow it to. We will focus on hip openers and backbends to create more spaciousness in the body and help us feel open and light. Peppermint and wild orange help lift the mood and energetically open the heart, reminding us that life should be creative and playful.
