The ability to visualize the beauty, Zen and energy of a Yoga Studio and Wellness Center in an old Food Court Kitchen was key to Mind Your Body Oasis finding it's home in the 1750 Crystal City Shops. The space had been empty for 2 years, covered in 80s decor, and full of commercial sized walk in refrigerators, huge exhaust hoods, rusty pipes and many partioned, smaller rooms.  Imagining this space cleared and then designed into a well laid out studio that maximized the space around huge concrete pillars and HVAC eqpuipment was only the beginning of the process of build out.  When the walls were up, concrete floors polished and hardwood laid, the space began to take on it's character. It's right before Christmas and this is where we are.  It's hard to imagine in 22 days we will be open for business!  We can't wait for you to be in and part of our labor of love!
