We introduced stand up paddleboard (SUP for short) and yoga workshops just a few weeks ago and they were a huge hit. So huge, in fact, that due to demand we’ve gone ahead and scheduled several more throughout August and September. Yoga and summer out on the water; can’t get better than that!
Join us this Saturday at 1:30 p.m. for a basic SUP course to familiarize yourself with the board, or on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. for more advanced instruction, followed by yoga asanas and sun salutations with Amanda!
All classes take place at Pohick Bay Park, last two hours, and cost $60 plus the paddleboard rental if you don’t have your own. All levels are welcome, there is something to enjoy and learn for everyone. Registration is mandatory so we can plan accordingly, so don’t forget to sign up here.
