#MYBOCHALLENGE UPDATE


The first MYBO Challenge finished up at the end of March, and we're overwhelmed with how many of you have approached us to tell you the changes it has helped you make in your personal health and wellness journey. We initially came up with the idea to help some of our studio friends boost their New Year's resolutions, but here we are in May and it's still helping them do good for themselves.

In fact, it was such a good idea that we're doing it again! You may have seen the fliers or our newsletter announcing that we started a new 30/60/90 day challenge this month. There's still time to get 30 or 60 straight days of yoga or Pilates in for a chance to win fabulous prizes. Plus we've got a great special offer this month membership packages, to help you get as many classes in as you want and need to feel good.

One of our students who graciously shared her journey with us has this to say about the challenge:

"The most rewarding part of the challenge has been revealing in how strong my body is and helping my body rediscover that strength. I made the 30 Day Challenge and, while not quite meeting the 60 Day one, I got 60 classes in 77 days! 

The hardest aspect was getting out of bed to make the 6 a.m. classes. Amazingly enough, though, this turned out to be one of the most rewarding parts of the challenge. 

Other highlights included Neen sharing an insightful reflection each morning that resonated all day, meeting all the new first-time-to-the studio students (as a student of the month, I felt it was incumbent upon me to make newcomers feel welcome), and hugs! Lots and lots of hugs! I achieved my first crow (with an assist by Ms. Kunkle), and practiced with the first teacher-trainer graduates, watching watched them develop their style, confidence, and presence. I loved Sunday nights with Todd (and the other 48 of his groupies), and meeting and practicing with Victornext year in Tulum, for sure! 

Acceptance, gratitude, contentment countered with growth—these are just some of the most rewarding parts of the Challenge. Can’t wait for the 2016 one!"
